Registration is online via the link provided.  You can register using your Eurelectric account details (if you have one) or you can continue as a guest.  If registering as a guest and the system sees that we already have your details you will receive a special code (by email) to jump straight to the registration.

Yes, there is a fee to attend the Power Summit. There are different categories of registration. Please choose the one that is appropriate to you. The registration fees are as follows, 21% VAT will be added to these rates.

Unless your company has an exemption from paying VAT all participants (regardless of whether you are based in Belgium or elsewhere) must pay the Belgian VAT rate of 21%.

Once registered you will receive with your confirmation email the invoice for payment. There are two options for paying the registration fee, you can pay directly via credit card, or you can pay via bank transfer.  Please note that all registrations must be paid in advance of the event.  If your payment has not been received prior to the event you will be asked to pay onsite at the event (via credit card).

Registrations can be cancelled, for any reason, with a complete refund until 21 April 2023.

After 21 April cancellations will be refunded if the cancellation is due to government (from your country of residence or Belgium) imposed travel restrictions.  Cancellations for any other reason will not be refunded.

Should Eurelectric decide, for any reason, to cancel the event, participants will receive a full refund.

The summit will take place in Maison de la Poste which is located on the site of Tours & Taxi in Brussels (located at Avenue du Port/Havenlaan 86c B-1000 Brussels)

Coffee breaks, lunches and the summit dinner are included in the registration fee.

There are no special agreed rates for the summit but please see here a list of hotels in the vicinity of the summit venue, please contact the hotel directly for their best available rate.
